Supply Chain Due Diligence Act at DESY

The german Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) is intended to ensure that environmental protection and
human rights, among other things, are also observed and applied in the movement of goods by
business partners and suppliers and their suppliers abroad.
DESY is obliged to implement the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act by January 1, 2023.

DESY is unrestrictred committed to acting responsibly and in accordance with the law. We expect the same from our suppliers and service providers.

Supplier Code of Conduct

DESY demands compliance with fundamental standards for responsible action in favour of people and the environment from employees of its own business division as well as from suppliers and service providers. The DESY Supplier and Service Providers Code of Conduct defines the framework within which DESY expects them to fulfil their responsibility for people and the environment.
